We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team in a remote, full-time role.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, engagement initiatives, and HR operations.
This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience with HR management systems (HRMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts

• Coordinate smooth onboarding processes for new hires

• Maintain employee records and assist with payroll coordination

• Drive employee engagement and performance management processes

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition

• Proficient in using HR software and tools

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus

Responsibilities:
